Dell’s Maraschino Cherries “Cocktail Cherries” Have Been the Signature Ingredient in Cocktails for Over 67 Years!

Dell’s Maraschino Cherries is proud to announce that the company has appointed Dana Mondella Bentz to President & CEO and Dominique Mondella as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Established in 1948, Dell’s Maraschino Cherries have been the signature ingredient in cocktails for restaurants across the United States for the past 67 years. Now women-owned and operated, Dell’s processes upwards of 19 million pounds of cherries a year in their 38,000 square foot SQF state-of-the art facility which is also OU Kosher Certified and Halal Certified located in the Red Hook section of Brooklyn, New York.

Prior to Dell’s Maraschino Cherries, Dana Mondella Bentz was a Finance Operations Senior Administrator at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Banking & Capital Markets division in New York City. Dana will be responsible for Dell’s Maraschino Cherries finances, operations and corporate policies and will work directly with Dell’s lending institutions and external auditors. Bentz earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. John’s University graduating Magna cum Laude, and a Master of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University.

Dominique Mondella was promoted from within the company and will serve as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Dominique will be responsible for the strategic planning for Dell’s sales force and customer service department. Mondella will also work directly with Dell’s Maraschino Cherries national distribution and broker network and outside communication firms. Mondella earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from St. John’s University.
