Our Story

Founded in 1948, Dell’s Cherries has been a family run business for four generations. Today, the company is proudly women owned and family operated, led by Dana Bentz, President, Dominique Mondella Bidetti, Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Tom Bentz, Vice President of Finance and Operations, carrying forward a rich legacy with a fresh perspective.

From our home in Brooklyn New York’s historic Red Hook district, Dell’s Cherries has grown into a trusted supplier for foodservice and industrial customers nationwide. Our portfolio includes both Maraschino Cherries, a staple behind bars and in bakeries and premium Amarena Cherries, a top-quality choice for chefs and mixologists.
